  • Meditation & Movement Programs

    Brett will develop a variation of his Mindfulness Based Employee Wellbeing Program to suit the specific audience and business goals.

    Beginners, Intermediate & Advanced courses are 4 weeks.

    The courses involve weekly workshops, access to guided meditations for use in your own time.

    Attendee’s will receive a certificate upon completion of each course and may enquire about coaching or mentoring to guide mindfulness practices in the workplace.

  • Wellbeing 'Retreat'

    Give your team a whole day (or program up to 3 days) away from work to gain a skillset that will change their perspective on life and the life they create themselves and the business.

    Combine meditation, nature, inclusive and respectful movement to reset your team vibe.

    Integrate Vision Mapping, Creative Thinking or other business objectives into a day where everyone’s headspace is professionally guided to its optimum level.

Fees

Are quoted by enquiry, they vary to enable the services to be:

  • Client-specific and

  • Dependent upon such factors as class numbers, location and specific workplace requirements.

Fees vary between $150 and $600 per hour for a one-off session or at a discounted rate of $100 to $450 per session for a routine booking of 6 or more sessions.

You or your organisation can pay by credit card using PayPal or direct debit.

Typical Mindfulness Based Employee Wellbeing Adaptation

Businesses typically want to learn about Mindfulness in a stepped approach:

  • Test - A one or two hour session centered around essential workforce concerns and methods for relieving stress through meditation and mindfulness practices. Attendees will be acquainted with fundamental techniques and their practical applications.

  • Invest - A 4 week Beginners structured Mindfulness Based Employee Wellbeing Course where each session will be dedicated to a specific foundational meditation or movement practice.
